Microscan Customer App 4+

On the 1st of July, I made the payment for the new connection with the understanding that it would be provided within 24 hours. However, it has now been almost 55 hours and I am still waiting for the connection to be set up. I have tried reaching out to your customer support and even registered a complaint through the MICROSCAN app, but I have not received any positive response so far. Additionally, I have been trying to contact the Technician Head, but it seems he is on vacation and not taking any calls. I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism displayed by your team. Not only have they failed to provide the promised service within the given timeframe, but they have also wasted my entire day.

I’m using this service from last 3 years but nowadays the service is getting poor and poor.
If you are from Pune Hadapsar region then use your mobile data instead of such a worst internet service.
I am raising internet issue tickets almost everyday and every time i call customer care they tell me that “I’m escalating this issue and adding it in a high priority queue”, “you’ll not face this again”, “there is a fibre cut in your area and ETA is starting from the time when you called the customer care”

How come every second day there is a fibre cut. If you are not capable of proving a good service then please shut it down.

Very very very pathetic service. NEVER on time. Internet Fiber gets cut somewhere every week and there’s no wifi untill they find the cut and join again. This process takes 5-6 hours and happens every week on a working day (Monday specially).
Team is never on time and they promise one thing but never do it on time.
Do not buy this wifi if you are working from home since there’s no constant internet supply and your work is going to get disturbed.
