Microsoft Outlook is a professional-grade email and calendar management tool that offers excellent features for both personal and business use. With a clean and organized interface, Outlook makes managing multiple email accounts, schedules, contacts, and tasks easy and efficient. One of Outlook’s standout features is its seamless integration with Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive. Best Mailing tool when using Microsoft Ecosystem
Smit Lodaya
I recently started using outlook since I came into an organization and it has been absolutely the best. If you are working on outlook with teams and other microsoft apps this is a blessing. I would recommend choosing Outlook and Microsoft Eco system for the following functionalities as per my daily work, 1. Inserting and attaching files from the one drive in internal organization, 2. recall option that allows you to recall the message you sent even from the clients end back and delete it, really helpful in critical times, 3. when you copy and paste items from say excel the formatting is not severly affected and since my work demands those things a lot, this has been a really helpful tool for me.

Worst Updates!!!

I am writing to provide feedback regarding the recent font change to Aptos in the Outlook mobile app. While I appreciate the efforts to enhance the user experience, I have encountered some issues that I believe need addressing:1. Inconsistent Font Sizes: The default font size in the Outlook mobile app is 12, whereas it is 11 in the desktop app. This inconsistency disrupts the user experience and readability across different platforms.2. Lack of Font Customization: Unlike the desktop app, the mobile app currently lacks the feature to change the default font size. This limitation is frustrating for users who prefer to customize their reading and composing experience.3. Inconsistent Font in OneNote: The OneNote app does not have the Aptos font, leading to a disjointed experience when switching between different Microsoft apps. This inconsistency in formatting across apps makes it difficult to maintain a uniform appearance in documents.I strongly urge the development team to consider the following:- Adding the option to customize the font size in the Outlook mobile app.- Ensuring consistency across platforms by aligning the default font size.- Including the Aptos font in the OneNote app, or reverting to the previous default font (Calibri), or providing a proper update to maintain uniformity across Microsoft apps.Consistency across platforms and user flexibility are essential for a seamless and user-friendly experience.Thank you for considering this feedback. I look forward to seeing improvements in future updates.
This update includes performance improvements and bug fixes to make Outlook better for you.
