Helped a great deal

A friend recommended this app to me when I was struggling to find a good therapist. I had 3 different therapists over a period of one year. I was hesitant for online sessions but I knew i had to give it a shot considering that I moved back home. There are many professionals to choose from according to your preference. The deal breaker was the fact that I could book a free session to get to know my chosen therapist and to see if it will work for me. My mental health has been gradually getting better, it has helped me manage stress, identify my triggers and work on them. Once you’re open to therapy this is the best platform that there is and it has helped me a great deal. Great initiative, thankyou Mindpeers.

Best gift to oneself

Came across MindPeers through another app ( Bumble) as a promotion on World mental health day & I was glad I checked it out. That day I chose to not just subscribe to 6 sessions but also enjoyed the experience of therapy that I tried for the first time to combat some ghosts from the past that kept haunting me. I have a fantastic thearapist - Shemida and enjoy the seamless experience of therapy , journaling and other beautiful articles that I use to reflect on and improve my state of mind. I have seen a positive change in my life post this.

This aap is exactly what was needed

It has helped me keep track of my mental health, not only I understand it better but how to work on it and helps you to go though your difficult phases. I wont say that I now know the cure but now I definitely know how to *better* handle my anxiety as the app helps us by understanding the emotions and how to consult it with the right therapist. You can write journals each day to keep track. Also, the plus plus point is that they have this social community where people are there all the time for you, so that no one feels lonely which is most needed during mental breakdowns.
Loved it!!
