The Yoga Quest

The Mindvalley Yoga Quest is simply brilliant! I have been procrastinating basic exercise for so long and somehow I began this quest and I haven’t felt like I need to drag myself into this... I have been looking forward to each day! The different trainers coming in each day, showing you, and helping you practice different aspects of yoga is fantastic. I am working on my body, mind, soul and spirit through this quest. I have no more words to express the beauty, the perfection and the awesomeness of this quest! Thank you Mindvalley team ❤️
