Great help for Designers for collaboration and research

I use this app often for the research and collaboration. The app gives immense flexibility to arrange ideas and the infinity canvas really allows me to make a mess initially but gives enough space to sort them later. However, there seems to a UX problem for iPad app. Whenever I click on the templates icon, the pop up window that opens doesn’t show all the templates and the close option is also not accessible.

Needs better touch and pencil integration

The app is great for basic viewing and edits but the moment you start using miro on iPad as the place where you create issues start cropping up.
For example; you cannot delete a board by holding down on thumbnail from homepage, instead you have to open the board and go through a bunch of extra clicks to delete.
Good luck trying to write with the text tool using Apple Pencil and very poor palm rejection.
While the app nails the fundamentals it has miles to go in terms of providing an optimised, enhanced and frustration free iPad experience. It almost feels like the iPad app is just a wrapper for their web app. I see scope for miro to provide a great iPad experience like procreate or notability but for the time being it’s left lacking.

Best app on iPad

Though there are some issues. Suggestions:
1. Add option to draw only with apply pencil ignore hand input toggle for drawing but the gestures to move and zoom should remain
2. Improve smart annotation
3. Improve for working offline. Give a manual sync option when internet is available.
4. Improve pdf import most of the time it crashed for pdfs with more than one pages
5. To control zoom level and view easily on mobile devices with aspect ratio 2:1 give some tutorial.
Lastly thank you for making this app.
