Item was delivered a week late
When I was buying the item I made sure that it arrives before time so that I get to wear on the occasion I wanted to. But, it arrived a week late just a day after when I wanted to wear it. Maybe because it was international shipping but still Mirraw shouldn’t be showing the delivery date as some where delivery date cannot be met. Anyone ordering from outside India please consider to place the order well in advance just in case. Product I received was good but not worth the price.

Fraud application. Take 2min to read this so that u don’t get cheated
The app displays so many clothings which look fabulous. Even the party wears with so much works at very reasonable price. I have bought an party wear which look gorgeous in the picture, and if buy the same from a shop it will cost around 15k . Here I got it for 5 k. When the product arrived, the quality of the product was pathetic and the picture showed was a fake one. The cloth will get torn easily. No one should sell such cheap quality stuff. I have made the return and requested for the refund. It is 3 months since return, even now I haven’t received my refund. Every week I call the customer are 2 or 3 times and they say in 4 to 5 working days I will get the refund. I have send so many emails regarding the same and no replies. The customer care service is exhausting. I might not get my refund. But then I just want to inform anyone if planning to buy from them please don’t get into a trap like this.
All the clothes which I have purchased from this app is really shabby, ragged, scruffy ones.
Apple please don’t support and promote these kind of fraud , swindling apps.
Service failed
I bought something and due to technical issue multiple orders was made but payment deducted for only one. Then I called customer service no. and conveyed my issue and they said to wait 2 hours and after that on app it showed all orders are failed even the one I paid for.
I did multiple emails but till now only receiving ticket ID and no proper response. I already sent all details to them but still they aren't helping in the matter and helpline service repeat the same thing over to consult through email.
This was my first time buying from here and it wasn't worth at all. I hope they look up to this issue seriously.
