Nice graphics

The graphics and the visual effects of the game are appealing. The puzzles are also of a nice challenging level.

Too many challenges

Lots of challenges pops up at same time. Always forcing to purchase. Difficulty levels are purposely set high so that the user can’t complete single challenge without purchasing their packages. No response from support team. After you find all items in a collection, you will need some more supporting items to turn-in the collection and it is very difficult to get them, hence you are stuck there.

No response from Support Team

I have raised an issue with Support team on 3rd November’18 and following up on the same. However, I have not got a resolution to the issue till now. The only response which they gave is “I'll talk the matter over with the dev team and get back to you shortly.”
I would say that the game is good but the support tema is very unresponsive. Kindly look into the matter of possible.
