When an incident happens, the dash cam will automatically save the file to the event folder and send footage to the MiVue™ Pro app via WIFI in real-time (WIFI video backup function won’t consume your 3G/4G data, it uses point-to-point transmission technology).



Live View and video organizer
Click “Live View” to adjust horizontal level of the camera before installation. Videos will be categorized by date and type (Normal, Event or Parking mode folders).



Set up your dash cam through the MiVue™ Pro app
Change the settings and format the memory card of the dash cam directly through your smartphone.



WIFI OTA (Over-the-Air) update
Use your smartphone to download and update the firmware, speed camera data and voice versions without having to withdraw the memory card. (Downloading data will consume your 3G/4G data, the update settings may vary depending on the different dash cam models).

App update didn’t address the problem at hand

Live view is not enabled, despite a complaint done previously, the latest update did not address the issue. Secondly, there is no option to reach out to customer care for Indian customers. What a waste of such a nice product.

Reply to Developer; have already tried all that you have mentioned. But there is no resolution. It was working absolutely fine until your previous update.

How about my second query? Why is there no support in India while you are already selling the product in the country.

Hi Mio Customer, To work the Liveview function you need a better quality connection. You may close Bluetooth connections, WiFi Hotspot sharing or close running APPs on your mobile phone. Check the camera on the device if its working. Please try to uninstall then reinstall again the APP. And then try to restart your phone. Thank you for taking the time to contact us. Best regards,
