In fact I earlier recommended MobiKwik to everyone and was a sort of it’s brand ambassador at local level. But on 5th of June scammers were able to infiltrate into my zip wallet and made a transaction of Rs 1499 and unfortunately I fell prey to their trap. Immediately I informed MobiKwik about the same and shared all the documents and also lodged complaint with cyber crime portal. But to my surprise my account has been disabled for the last 7 days and I am unable to access my own funds in MobiKwik despite requesting them several times over phone and through emails. As of now nothing has substantiated and I feel dejected. I request you to immediately enable my account and also upgrade security system of your application. How scammers were able to creep into my zip wallet and how they made the transaction and then did the IVR call which any one could fall prey to.

I have used this for one transaction with Ajio for almost 2000 Rs where 500 Rs cash back was mentioned as it was mu first vendor transaction. I waiter for reward for 2 or more days and then after not reciprocate it raised IT ticket and waited for few more days. After not receiving any response told them if they wont reply in timely manner wont pay dues as otherwise I will be paying 500 Rs more. So they didn’t responded to that intentionally so they can charge me penalties. Just after my due days got 50 Rs back and they said that was the only reward and also charged me close to 150 Rs as a penalty. So after a frustration I told them to remove penalty and I will pay all 1930 Rs back and wont use their product in future. But instead they started increasing penalties and now they are asking for close to 3000 Rs for close to 2000 Rs transaction value in just 3 month and they also made my credit score from close to 900 to close to 700. I have raised consumer complaints and also raising this issue here so they won’t do this kind of things with others. Please don’t get trapped with their malpractice and don't use their app even though however lucrative their deals look like as they have hidden malpractice agenda to blackmail their user by affecting their CIBIL score. So please don’t get trapped and say no to MobiKwik.

Please read the whole article. I made a transaction to wazirX via Mobikwik of around 50,000 and the next day the transaction hot cancelled and my money got stuck in between. I thought it might be due to bank issues so i went to the bank and they told me that the transaction has canceled and the refund has been initiated by wazirX but Mobikwik haven’t sent me anything. I have all the proofs and everything. I tried to contact them via customer care services but no solution was given i tried several ways of reaching to them but they gave excuses for all and didn’t even get back to me any time. Lastly i tried twitter and texted them over there even tagged Mr. Bipin Singh the ceo of Mobikwik but absolutely no measures were taken they just gave false hopes and false promises that my issue was under process i waited for 5 days on twitter and overall 2.5 months but absolutely no measures were taken. Now i have thoroughly understood the true intentions of Mobikwik and how they rob people in a way you won’t even see it coming. They are PROFESSIONAL ROBBERS dressed in white collars you won’t even know how you’ll get cheated. I have lost my money and wish nothing of such sort happen to innocent people thus i am writing this review so the whole world can know how this app is and how they’ll rob you off your money.

I have been recently been a victim of a fraudulent activity from the MobiKwik wallet where without any OTP authentication on my registered mobile number scammers took 20k from my wallet which they spent on Blinkit. I although having received notifications of OTP and support calls for the genuinity of the login had declined both over the phone and email. But to my surprise things didn’t work out in my favour and scammers were able to spend those amount on Blinkit for I don’t know what they ordered. Even when I reported of the incident to the customer service they told that the fraud team would call me back within 3 hours to help get my issue resolved which never happened. And the csr asked me to drop an email with the transaction I’d so that the concerned team can look into it. 2 days after I get a reply stating that they cannot refund the amount and I need to pay plus I have to provide them with a FIR/Complaint number or ask the cybercrime team to drop an email so that they can further look into this matter. Tell me guys you have the details as to where the Blinkit order was made. It’s not from the city where I stay or I’m located then why the heck would I order groceries to a different city. There has been no activity in past 3-6 months on my MobiKwik app why the hell would I use your platform to make payment when I have good offers from other bank credit cards on Big Basket/Amazon. You have prepared an application which is going to be used by a majority of the people. If you are not able to keep our data secure you are violating the Data Privacy laws of citizens like us who’s hard earned money is being ripped from us by scammers and to top it up you guys are helping them do it. Shame on you MobiKwik pathetic service and application. I do not even intend to give a single star.
