Worst app

I have added 6000 rs in my account from credit card. Now I am not able to pay my electricity bill not transfer this amount to any where. KYC Is required. For KYC I have connected more than 5 KYC centres. They refuse to do KYC because of technical problem. Customer care is not picking the call. Worst app . Government should ban it with heavy penalty . I am going first to consumer forum . I will take legal action if requires. Please don’t advice me to contact on your mail I’d.

Really this the most useless app for transactions

This app is most worst then other app!!! I am facing a problem on my upi transition of 1800 i have done it on april 8th by using this app i have waited for nearly 5days to credit the money in my account but it almost nearly 15days but I haven't got my money back to my account or to the recivers account!! Even if I am trying to contact the customer care they don't even respond to the call I have waited upto 15min after they forwarded but they haven't connected my call to the customer call!! These people won't work our problems the won't consider our issues i have been calling the customer call everday but there is no response even i have sent my bank statement to them though the ticket they not even replying what the problem is I was try my level best to get my money back they are being really so irresponsible!! Please consider my issue.

Worst Experience, worst application - Fraudy MobiKwik

Worst application ever!!! I have loaded amount 10,000 in an emergency from my credit card so that I can send money to my bank. There is some KYC concern showing in the application, I had contact many times but didn’t get any response. Many times I’ve raised tickets but there is no response. I’ve tried to search nearest KYC center but in Jaipur there is no KYC center. Application shows visit nearest KYC center for KYC only. This is really a worst application... customer support is not active, there is no response via mail. What to do. I’m in very critical situation... I’ll file complaint against you, now I’ll go legal if I didn’t get any call from MobiKwik. I suggest never try this application. My friends also tried this application they also suffered.
