Purchase issue
Fantastic gameplay, excellent graphics, everything about this game is topnotch including expenses too😝. Very expensive game for those who want to hit the leaderboard or serious about their overall standing amongst players. Sincere request to Azur to kindly lower their prices, at times it gets way too much. Anyway , there is an issue regarding purchasing of promos in iphones. The apple doesnt allow subsequent purchases of the same offer such as 2 Lakh gold coins. the transaction simply doesn't go through. Kindly look into it. Thanks

Battle connection error and hackers
I have no clue what’s the issue with this game, most of the time we face issues as our enemies have the latest guns and armor which is basically hacked or people are spending too much on in app purchase and like others I do that too….. I make battle pass purchases and it’s so difficult to survive and get through all levels as it keeps increasing and I eventually end up not receiving the best guns as the season ends… on top of that when I’m playing well and I’m winning suddenly there’s an error battle connection lost… it’s happened endless numbers of time and I’ve lost so much due to that my XP KEYS GOLD BATTLE POINTS ETC…. It’s like the game is invented for me to lose when there are vigorous monsters having beat of upgrades and when I’m sometimes winning against them I am kicked out of the battle for no reason I need a fair explanation for this and I need a proper refund or payback for all the times my game is lost due to me being kicked out
Best FPS game
The graphics is amazing. I think I’ve been playing this game for over an year now. I like it a lot. The only problem is that my server was automatically changed to EUROPE though I am from India. Now I am unable to play custom games with my friends and I unable to change the server on ios. When I click on the server, nothing pops up..no reaction.. Please help me out here...!

Hello! Unfortunately, due to special configurations, iOS and Android servers are not mutual, so iOS and Android users can't play together. There's only EU server available for iOS. Thank you for understanding.
