Asset Master: UI fully revamped with asset scanning, location-wise tracking, and an analytics screen showing inspector-scanned asset overview. Booking Appointment: UI issues in the booking form resolved for improved usability.

OTA Enancement

Booking/Appointment: Slot Creation Enhancement: Teachers can now create appointment slots for their own class or for other classes where they serve as subject teachers. The created slot list now clearly indicates whether the slot belongs to a class teacher or subject teacher, along with the associated class and subject details.

Item Request: A new Item Request application has been introduced, allowing teachers to conveniently request items directly from the store. This feature enables teachers to add multiple items within a single request and specify the expected date when the items are required. The update simplifies the process of managing school inventory requests, ensuring smoother coordination between teachers and the store

OTA Update Vistor parking: new screen implemented

Student Pickup/Drop-off: A new application has been introduced that allows parents to manage the pickup and drop-off of their children. The process is securely recorded using a QR scanner for accurate tracking and transparency.

Dashboard Styling Improvements: Resolved multiple styling inconsistencies to deliver a cleaner, more polished layout and enhance overall user experience on the dashboard. Appointment Slot Enhancements: Teachers can now create appointment slots for specific classes. Parents will only see and book slots relevant to their child’s class, ensuring organized scheduling. Student Attendance: Fixed issues related to daily attendance marking to ensure smooth recording and functionality.

Profile Upload: Resolved issues with profile upload to ensure smooth and reliable functionality. Circulars: Improved the visual design by fixing CSS issues, making fonts more attractive with bold and underline styling. Appointment Booking: Enhanced the booking module—teachers can now create multiple slots on the same day by specifying the start time, end time, and duration for each slot.

Leave Management: Resolved issues in the leave summary for a smoother, more seamless experience. Profile Management: Fixed profile photo upload issues to enable hassle-free updates. Force Update: Experience the latest updates immediately upon release.

Face Recognition: Resolved iOS-related issues to enable faster and smoother attendance marking.

Late Attendance: Implemented face recognition feature where each student’s attendance is marked automatically without manual intervention. As the student’s face appears and is recognized, attendance is recorded, and their name is displayed in a popup.

Theme Issues Resolved: Dark Theme-related display and styling issues have been fixed for a consistent user experience.

Leaves: Issue with the total number of leaves applied has been resolved. Booking Appointment: Styling issues for iOS devices have been fixed.

Timed Face Authentication: Face recognition for late attendance now operates with an integrated timer. Multi-Face Detection: The system now supports capturing and authenticating multiple faces simultaneously, enabling group attendance marking for faster and more efficient processing.

Appointment Booking Enhancements: Duration timing dropdown added for flexible appointment lengths. Teachers can create multiple time slots at once using an occurrence dropdown (e.g., 10 slots of 10 mins each). Teachers can reschedule appointments even after approval if the slot status is still pending. Parent contact details (phone number and email) are now included in the appointment form. "Visited" and "Not Visited" buttons added for teachers to mark parent visits. User Interface Updates: CSS issue for circular elements resolved. Dynamic application names now appear from ERP. Face Authentication: Timer-based authentication mechanism added for enhanced security. New Enhancements – Event Attendance: New application to mark attendance for events. Attendance can be marked by scanning or manually entering the Parent ID.
