Moj - Short Video App 12+

Hello sir/mam, I have signed contract with rompefy which is affiliated with MAD Influence agnecy, I completed 1 month of signed contract with full target i done all the challenges and done all videos But i didn't received payment from my agency rompefy i called them many times then they replied payment is hold for 1 week after that they said that after 3 month u will receive salary.
In return they always replying Payment is delay because of moj hold your payment Please tell me what is the process of Payment and what's the problem with my payout

When I strtd doing lot of videos never received later on when I raised ticket then I strtd getting some 250 rs like that per 2 weeks in the form of mints they contact you ask you to do videos then after then we do then they pay some days and later u strtd doing more videos that thinking they will pay you then they stop paying since many months am doing am not getting single rupee why should I waste my internet ?if ask them they talk about reach and likes , The same reels same reach from beginning how come they stop paying now such uselsss app one star is also worthless they don’t even respond I have mailed many tyms they will tell performant what performance for the same performance u paid before and now why because u want your app to develop strtng u encourage like that later u stop paying us any how we will use and u play the same trick on new ppl nice 😡👏🏻cheaters

I started using this app recently. It was kind of good in the beginning but as i started creating more videos, the app began to get stuck. Then my phone would hang.
I use iphone6 and it never hangs due to any other issue.
Also, i created videos & saved in drafts. Again, some videos just didn’t get saved!! I had to re-record the same video 6-7 times before it finally got saved. It’s very annoying & takes too much time.

So i am unable to create more videos & get followers. I posted one video today & that also doesn’t show any views or likes. Usually within a few minutes i would get likes on videos. I thought i could earn a few points but if this issue continues i will have to stop using the app unfortunately.
