I have just started playing this game and on the second day they banned me for a day by saying that you were cheating! Guys I hardly know how to use this app as i have started it just now and you guys are blocking me by saying that I cheated! Not fair! I haven’t cheated in any games I played till now! First thing first if you are blocking someone you should give proper justification on which point the player has cheated I seriously want to know coz I don’t know how the hell I cheated! If the decision will be taken from your side to ban someone without give the specific spot where the have cheated then who knows if someone is winning continuously you will ban them in future by saying that they have cheated! Despite of so many negative reviews on your app i have downloaded it and on the second day without doing anything you blocked me! SOOO FREAKING DISAPPOINTED WITH YOU GUYS! Not Done! I WANT TO KNOW WHERE I CHEATED AND HOW CAN YOU BLOCK ME WITHOUT GIVING PROPER JUSTIFICATION! Waiting for revert! Or else will delete the app!

Pathetic Helpdesk
Your customer care is absolutely ridiculous. They try to patronise me as if I cant read english. Then they will beat around the bush saying i must have done something wrong. Maybe i dont know the rules. I mean… what!!?? They understand nothing about their own product. They dont even understand what their referral program is but will lecture me saying i must not have read their terms and conditions. When I ask what the terms are, they fall silent and tell me that they will raise my concern with higher level. The higher level will straightaway close my ticket by saying that enough details are not peovided in the ticket. I mean… ask your freaking customer care to provide the details in the ticket. Me as a customer is given no chance to create the to ticket.
Anyways, pathetic customer care. I am going to rate each of your customer care concersations as 1 star going forward.

Who the hell I m banned bruh
Bruh, who I just logged in with my another account and played chess and btw I m learning chess from like 7 years I m pro in it and they just banned me who like I bet 30rs for 52rs to win and then I won because the person surrendered and they banned me cause of hacking huh that not good see my history also I have also losses and how the hell m I even hacking if not that just give me my 50rs+ which I invested on this game. To u all it could not be much but to me it is a lot I m only 14years old what a scam I thought this can’t be a scam but it was sed ha no app can make u money lol :( and all my money is gone but Y MPL just give me my 50rs back that’s it. I know I m going to get ignore but in case developer see this pls pls pls contact me I want my 50 rs back :( I hate my life now my parents r also going to scold me I know they don’t care but y u banned me tell me who am I even hacking my hat can I even say
