Description
Mumbai 1 is a Maha Mumbai Metro’s official iOS mobile ticketing application which allows the daily metro travellers to book unreserved tickets of Maha Mumbai Metro using their Smartphone. It allows you to book tickets, make payments, view information about current and past booking, marking favourite journey ticket. It also allows you to contact us and leave your feedback about the services.

Poor design of the app
I am sure it is designed by a bunch of bureaucrats like they are trying to protect state secret. Too many checks while setting up. No visual interface on map to book tickets. You should know the station names ( which are strangely named) to actually book ticket. Not tried payment yet
Not bad but needs to be improved
Overall the app is surprisingly smooth and easy to use. But two things HAVE to be looked into:
1. Improve the payment gateway, it is slow and clunky and has a high rate of failure.
2. Allow for multiple tickets to be booked. Or at least for ticket cancellation even if non-refundable.
Horrible!!!
What a horrible experience I've had while using this app!!! I have the latest version and it still doesn't work! Tried multiple times to validate my UPI id still didn't work. finally I decided to book tickets through QR scanner. Went through with the transaction and everything but couldn't see the booked tickets!! Tried calling customer care -- no response. Sent an email-- no response.
Horrible over all.
