I had been using the Muse Ring since Dec 2024, after a long, impatient wait. But the wait was worthwhile. Muse team had always been around to help with queries, an ear for suggestions wrt to this app. The readings were bang on. Recently I faced issue with the ring or the charging case. The team initially sent a fresh charging case followed by a full set of new ring with case, that if more than I can expect from any brand. Amazing Fitness Tracker with more features than SmartWatch

I have been using the Muse Ring One since January 2025. My experience is excellent so far. The delivery took some time but after getting the wonderful package, the App experience in measuring vitals, tracking activities, blood pressure, SPO2, HRV, Hear Rate has been wonderful and consistent. The charger behaved differently after 6 months but Muse Support team assisted and fixed all issues.
