Booking
Booking tickets is very user friendly and family offer is attractive
No customer service
Booked a ticket and unfortunately the date was wrong. There was no way to approach the customer service to change the date, no customer care number. Only option was to submit a web form. The reply came much later and after the movie time had started. Finally I had to forfeit the tickets and rebook the tickets for the correct dates.
Add to apple wallet not working
Add to apple wallet is not working after booked the the ticket, I tried in iPhone 11 Pro iOS 15 and it’s not working, please take a look.
