Instant FASTag recharge through Unified Payments Interface (UPI)
Any issuer bank’s FASTag can be now recharged through My FASTag App using UPI payment. You
can create a New UPI ID instantly and pay/recharge through any of your bank accounts, or pay using any BHIM UPI App active on your mobile. Money gets transferred directly from your UPI linked bank account to your FASTag Wallet/Account.
Note: Only the FASTag issuer banks which are live on UPI platform to accept FASTag reloads will appear in the list of banks in the App.
• Customers who have purchased an IHMCL FASTag can download this myFastag App and ‘Link IHMCL FASTag’ with their bank account.
• When user clicks on ‘Link IHMCL FASTag,’ system will ask for a reference number received on Email/SMS at the time of buying the tag from IHMCL FASTag vendor. • The mobile number & email ID provided by the customer at the time of IHMCL FASTag purchase should be active and available to complete the tag
• Customer’s bank must be live on NETC platform for linking with IHMCL FASTag

Worst of the worst

This is probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. It’s shameful that Indian government is so lazy to make a good app for fast tag users. The app is not even responsive and it just shows a loading symbol and doesn’t let me press a thing. It doesn’t even send OTP’s if I want to recharge so I’m stuck in a toll booth paying double the amount in cash. This is very stressful and they have to take serious action against this. The developers of this app don’t deserve to be paid a penny. Such waste of time and money 🤦‍♂️

Not user friendly

App should at least have the exact options to click upon. There should be a proper information or response message for every event we perform with the app. The most important thing is there should be proper guide/guidelines to be followed.
Nothing works smooth, there is no auto login kind of thing which is an obvious expected thing from a mobile app.
Please you yourselves check the working of the app before making it available for the public.

Worst app ever

I’m confused as to how anyone can release an app like this. Half of the information that you have to fill out is invisible... so you don’t know what to fill and where to fill it. It takes forever to respond... worst experience of my life... general advice to everyone reading this... please go to your bank and buy FASTag from there... they will do everything for you...Do not download this app as it’s a complete waste of time
