Not working any time

It's a "chakravyuh". Do not fall in their trap otherwise you won't be able to get out of it without losing money, patience and health.
Buying GTPL is like buying stress and blood pressure which is easily available and cheap.
It's the worst ISP of all time. They don't care about their customers. The app is a non sense, it's worse than a bad joke. It crashes all the time. It's so useless that I uninstalled it quite a long time back but installed it to see if it improved a bit but it became worse. It's like, with time they are getting closer and closer to perfection on failure. My GTPL stopped working like a month back and I called their customer service which is never answered, created tickets which gets automatically closed in 48 hours without even a single response and emails to all their nodal officers and executives but it's like singing in front of a stone. It's so worse that I lost my money and time on subscriptions on Netflix, prime, hotstar, Eros. I even had to take leaves from my office as working from home on cellphone internet makes you limited and this all is just because of GTPL's
"Meherbani". Thank you GTPL for causing us stress, depression and blood pressure. You are the biggest suckers of century and you will definitely win "worst customer service" award.

Worst app …. than their few “customer care” “executives”

Given 1 star as there is no way I can give 0 or negative star,else would have given that too. I thought their few customer care executives are not up to the mark… don’t listen to customer and literally repeat them selves again and again… but this app tops that… Doesn’t work most of the time. Just crashes at random click… I think they don’t care about reviews. Any decent customer oriented company might have resolved these issues by now…

Update (22-Nov-2021):

I got response to submit Screenshot after 3 and half months (original post date 3-Aug-2021, got response on 22-Nov-2021) to submit screenshots and OS Version and app version. It’s like I would keep my mobile in same condition for these great people with no customer respect. If you want to resolve user problems , you would have responded within couple of days when someone could have responded.

I had connected your customer service email but no benefit out of their response… Same copy-paste in reply every time as your call center.

Also, after multiple times connecting with your support address, it reduces trust in your customer service… I already had contacted you over email too… but you shine in pathetic customer service there too…
