Nice app
This is the app in which user can book quick appointments and order medicines in one go. Its very good app and Aster comes with unique idea in which appointment and order medicines in 1 app, user can easily view/check/add/remove product/medicine prices, prices are also less compared to other apps. I most liked in this app is not having delivery charges, in checkout page clearly mentioned all charges which are applied and you can minimise medicine prices by applying coupon. I am able to place 3 orders and its delivered successfully.
Third class app and worst service
The app doesn’t work, can’t identify insurance customers and no option for insurance. Mandatory payment for booking and confirming appointment and ai had to pay even though I am covered by insurance. The app don’t work with online video call- it just connected and blank screen with no voice- tried 3 times after which the appointment shows me in past and missed status. Called all number and helpline to no avail. Just unnecessary arguments and saying we will assist you but no help really worked as I wanted to speak to Doctor which they didn’t arrange. After more than 30 minutes of multiple calls I had to ask them to cancel my appointment (which didn’t happen) and refund my money.
Worst experience ever…. Never recommend to go to Aster or their third class app and online services

Glitch during doc search
When you want to scroll down the list of doctors by speciality (if you don’t know the name of the doc) after a few names the app sort of blanks out and then goes back to the beginning of the list, multiple times. Very irritating and time consuming process.
