This Application represents the digital connection between driver and vehicle. It bundles all elements that use online connectivity with the vehicle to provide you with real-time information.
To use these services, existing Audi owners need to download and activate the ‘myAudi Connect’ app on their smartphone. They can create their ‘myAudi Connect’ account easily via the ‘myAudi Connect’ App.
Divided under five key headings-the App brings the customer Safety & Security, Driver’s Behavior, Lifestyle, Geo Location and Utility.

Is a sure recommend to friends and family ,
All their staff is co-operative and friendly.
In my opinion ,
they understand the car well and solve issues perfectly ,
Right from Danish their service head who will give good attention to each customer,
N always makes sure each car has been serviced well before it leave the workshop.
Janam who always finds ways to co-ordinate with insurance companies n resolve issues,
Easterline who makes sure u get ur car serviced before due time ,
N the list goes on ,

Basic options not present
This app does not have notifications for the car. When the Engine has started or stopped, there's no way for you to get a notification. What is the use of the app if we can't be alerted by getting a notification.
Also, the car location cannot be opened on Google maps. That's such a basic option again.
Forget about advanced features which it anyway doesn't have, please get the basics right atleast. Even Skoda connect has these options. 😐
Service Advisor Reshma
I was very impressed with the high level of professionalism Ms. Reshma has exhibited. It even pleasing to know that she is only 2 months old in this process ( as a service advisor). This shows the quality resources and training Audi provides which is so very evident in Reshma’s work. My experience was simply ‘perfect’.
