Needs improvement

1. Please provide a PIN based authentication after the first log in. The log in process is cumbersome and frustrating, as the OTP does not come to the registered mobile No.
2. There should be a personal profile section and an opportunity to upload a profile photo.
3. There should be a log out button on the top right corner in every screen. One should not have to search a menu to log out.
4. The mobile App should have folio management capability as done in Active statement.

1. Please note, OTP based login is enabled only when you logging for the first timew with a device. After which you can set your PIN/Pattern and can login either using password/PIN/Patterm.

Bound to fail .!!!

CAMS team, If u have some iota of sincerity towards ur work left in u .. the pls improve the app for gods sake !!!! If u have some shame left .. then pls read the issues/feedback the users have been giving u for years and which u didn’t work on at all !! These range from difficultly in login, difficult interface and many others .!! Try and have a chat internally with ur business team and ask them the No of users and transactions executed through ur app .!! U should not be surprised when u find out that users are buying SIP’s thru apps like zerodha and groww .. and it’s a matter of time that u will have to wrap up ur business !! If you are not intelligent enough to understand what the users are trying to tell u since last couple of years, then pls try and use the apps like zerodha coin or groww and u urself wouldn’t want to use ur own myCAMS app !! It’s a shame that u continue to sit and do nothing even after so much of inputs given to u by the users ! U rather shamelessly ask them to explain further and connect with u thru mail ..! Pls for once stop doing it and for once start working on the app !!

Frustrating login process

Every single time it’s so so frustrating and cumbersome to login to this app. You may provide thousands of seamless service through your app but if the login process itself is so outdated and tiring, how do you think any customer would be willing to use this app. Every login process provided is cumbersome and comes up with one or the other error. And the next time you try , it simply says ‘last session wrongly terminated or still active, please try logging in after sometime’ !!! And that ‘after sometime’ does not come even after 4-5 hours! Total mood killer !! In today’s world of technology, how is this kind of process set to work??!! HORRIBLE!
