I’ve been using this app on my iPhone 6s plus (iOS 15.6) and iPad (iPad OS 16.5).
1. On both devices notifications doesn’t come whenever school updates any communication. This issue is being faced my all parents I’ve checked with who uses iPhones. This issue is there on iPhone 13 as well.
2. On both devices, Announcements section doesn’t work properly. When I click on any announcements, it doesn’t open in my 6s plus at all and in iPad it works intermittently. Similarly on iPhone 13 it works intermittently.

My daughter’s school uses this app. This is such so useless. We can’t track the bus anytime. Always it shows the message that they are updating maps and it takes forever to load. Coming to the attachments, if god forbid the school attaches more than two attachments, that won’t be given the original names as per the subjects and it goes on with a list of attachments that has awful amount of numbers and every time we have to click open and see which one we need. Probably they lack employees who had good knowledge or they just don’t understand the user experience. Such a waste of this app. I won’t rate any at all to this. How many ever times and all parents complained to school also nothing is getting set in this app.

Before the app update, attachments were being opened in Chrome, causing the app to close, which was frustrating. I had requested that attachments open in a webview within the app. However, now it's even more frustrating. We're forced to download attachments to either the gallery or files, and then navigate outside the app to access them. It's disappointing that the developers failed to consider how other apps handle attachments.

Kudos to the QA team as well for approving this update without taking the end user experience into account. Additionally, notifications (class diary, announcements, attachments) remain marked as unread even after being opened, causing the unread count to constantly increase.
