New update/ interface face of new app not working
When ever try to open the app its close automatically in I phone its very pathetically the application is designed, previously register the complain about Mousqito fogging, issued the ticket no or reference no , after three days receive messege on my mobile that my complain has been resolved without attending my complain and also want to make property tak payment but could not get details when I enter PTIN no in search field. In my opinion its better to shutdown or close this application when you authorities don’t want to address the problem of citizens
If we post a complaint regarding some issue in our locality,the officer assigned to that issue simply denies as not “related to my wing”.
We don’t assign the officer,we only select the issue which are there in the app and write into it.
I had a product in my locality regarding overflowing drain,I have complaint it in my ghmc app by selecting the issue and even posted pictures regarding it. It is day 2 and nobody had come to solve the issue . I don’t know how many days we have to walk through that overflowing drain . Is it the app fault or our government fault of not solving people’s problem I don’t know.
This is not the 1st time unsolved issue for me in ghmc app,it happens always . Useless officers who simply deny posting not related to my wing. My ghmc app is only for namesake,nothing helps in solving public problems.
