I am Geetu Panchal from Hisar Haryana. I just bought an Aura SX car from Hisar Hyundai on 4th October 2024. Ever since I bought this car, I have started hating the Hyundai brand. Firstly, there are many shortcomings in this car and on top of that, their service team argues with the customer that you got the stuff from the market installed in it. I have got the seat cover and rain cover installed from the market. That too because they did not have good quality ones. The headlights in this car are less than those of a bike, but they are not agreeing and on the contrary, they are telling me that you have got the bulb changed from the market. I can say with full confidence that they do not have any good technician here, all the people are picked up from the labour chowk. So many excuses after excuses
If an expert technician checks my car, then I am sure that the bulb is fitted by the company itself. If I had got it repaired from outside, then why would I come to the company.
All these are just excuses for not doing the work. The truth is that they all know what kind of company Hyundai is. I would never recommend anyone to buy a Hyundai car

I being very disappointed express my concerns regarding the recurring issues I have faced with my new Hyundai Acazar (Platinum) purchased from your dealership on July 12, 2024. I am really disappointed with car's reliability as it has required multiples repairs in short time since it was purchased. Within few days of purchase, I started facing mechanical problem linked with clutch for which already two repairs have already been done. I have the records for your reference. Last time, I have been informed that the slave cylinder needs replacement and it was replaced as well. It was explained that the problem will not reccur in future. These repeated issues and that too in a brand new, heavily invested car has diappointed me a lot. Now on 7th Feb,2025 my car is again in the service centre with the same issue and under evaluation. This has been the fifth time when this issue has repeated with last time the slave cylinder and other parts being changed. To add on there was a bleb ( manufacturing defect)in the front tyre for which i had to pay extra money to the tyre dealership for replacement.
