Convenience & Works most of the time

The app has been very useful to track vehicles stats. Especially when the car is chauffeured driven with family members. Some of the drive data is missing or inaccurate, may be due to network coverage issue. Overall, I like convenience it provides.

Disconnect with the local service station

While it’s nice to have an app like this as it will hopefully someday make our life easier to book servicing without the hassles of negotiating with the service station.
My experience in the last one week has been poor. I booked running repair service, pick up from my home through the app. I got no confirmation from the service station till the day before so I called the service station. After some calls finally got through to them. The lady on the other side said they are very busy and can’t accommodate my car on the confirmed date. She proposed a reschedule after 4 days. Today is the day when she had rescheduled to. But no response from service station so far. I tried calling them several times since morning but no response. It’s about 10 am and hopes that my car will be picked up today are diminishing.

Poor quality of car and service

I went to pick up my car from your company's car showroom today. Today was the third service of my car, when we went there, we did not think that the salon of this car was funny. The car didn't look like it had been washed and it looked like it had been turned in a soaked car. My car has many technical issues which are not solved in your service station.
Seeing all this, I think that the cars of Hyundai company are giving bad cars to the customers and cheating the customers. If my car issue is not resolved on day one, I will not take the car back and complain to customer care. Many times, even if mentioned in your company, no solution has been found to any kind of problem.
I did not take the car of 19 lakhs to die.
