App doesn’t work.
Have been trying to log into my Lebara Account through iOS app. But it’s saying “technical error” try again later.
This has been happening since the last 2 weeks.
My device’s iOS version is 13.6.1
Auto Renew and data charges
Firstly, Auto renewal option must be offered in off position and not in on position. Some people may not notice it and hence activate it even though they do not wish to.
Secondly my 68£ was deducted for data consumption on 30 July 2018 even though I always keep my mobile data off and only use wifi for internet.
Ways to extract more money from customers should stop immediately.
After a few weeks, the apps stopped working
two months ago, I bought a sim card from Lebara network. after that, I recharged my Lebara number through the iOS Lebara app. a few weeks ago the application stopped working and showing some error on login. somehow I tried to fix the problem. unfortunately the application still not working. we can only recharge our plan through from the web site. Please fix it
