Application needs to be better

Using mylo since a while but the only problem I am facing is with the application. Now I am unable to open my application only in my phone since yesterday. The logo appears but it shows its loading, and never loads even after 15 20 mins of loading. I restarted my iphone but still the problem stayed. I had to uninstall and then reinstall the application but now also the same problem is there. Please fix it. I am unable to book or check the details of my already booked rides. Please provide a solution at the earliest on this.

I would also like to suggest to please keep an option to use the map and not make it compulsory in the application. Because many a times when the location is off the app wont load and wont even give a popup why it is not loading. (My location services are on still I am facing the above issue mentioned in the first para).

Can’t select seat no no customer care support

I am using this service on regularly bus service is good and on time. But you need to fix this issue asap as we can not see seat status as well as not able select seat as per choice.
One day I missed my bus by a seconds and there is no option of calling customer care and reschedule trip or getting money back.

Kindly work on it so that we are able to use service more frequently.

Absolutely pathetic customer service.

I decided to use the service for the first time, and gave my boarding location. Now I stood at the usual location(side of the road) that shuttles headed to my location arrives at. But for some reason the app kept showing me that pick up location is opposite side of the road. I crossed over through the overhead pass, 10 minutes to realise that the shuttle arrived exactly where I stood first. When I tried contacting customer service, they said “yes it usually comes there”. Then why did your app ask me to go across a six lane highway? I had the whole thing screen recorded thankfully. Not even a refund for what is basically them screwing their customer over. Absolute garbage service.
