I had downloaded this app during an outstation trip from Delhi to Solan hoping that it will be useful and I topped 1k in the wallet. However on reaching destination when I tried to connect with Adani Charger at Solan, HP, the app could not detect it. I had to download the Adani Charger EV and top up it's wallet to use it. There is no way to get the amount back to my account from MyMotor app wallet. When I contacted their customer service, they took a few days time and said that issue of not detecting Adani Charger in Solan is resolved and I can now use this wallet, which means that I should plan another trip to Solan to make use of my money lying unused in the wallet of this useless app. I mostly charge my EV at home so for me it has been a bad experience with this app and it's customer service team. I don't recommend anyone to use this app.

Love the overall app experience. everything is so smooth and it’s a great place to store all your vehicles and their documents. Tried paying a challan and it worked like a magic. Really liking this app
