Pathetic service

Only thing that MyOperator knows is repeated calls to tap the customer. Once it happens, they are hopeless. Customers are on their own and struggle to get solutions. Team members don’t take a second to put the blame on the customer and are ill-equipped to handle any concerns. Neither sales nor support have solutions. They charged me 1200 extra for their wrong commitment and haven’t been able to waive it off for over a month. This month again I have been charged extra. I made a mistake by opting for MyOperator when I had other options too, but you don’t repeat the same.
