*Cons*1. The app is not responsive enough. Very slow in terms of loading. 2. No payment options within the application making it a little bit difficult to get the payment updated. 3. ECS option could be a wonderful add on. 4. Sometimes the information displayed regarding the ongoing groups are not accurate. *Pros*1. Very user friendly. 2. They’ve tried to simplify the process 3. Very minimal.*About the company*Company is doing a great job. Their support on WhatsApp is almost instant which makes them good. They seem to be customer friendly oriented. Especially this person by name Sagar is my SPOC and gets almost everything done on my behalf. P.S the star rating is for the application and when the bugs are fixed and features added, I’d be happy to give a higher rating.

My friend invested in a chit through this app, but due to personal reasons he wanted to discontinue. Even after knowing the situation, the team kept giving false assurances and motivational promises instead of providing a proper solution.For the past 2 months, they have repeatedly said “the amount will reflect this week,” but till now no refund has been received. Very disappointing customer handling and wrong commitments.People should be careful before investing and make sure all refund and cancellation policies are clearly understood in advance.Or a shorter and sharper version:Worst experience with this chit service. My friend has been waiting for his amount refund for more than 2 months. Every week they give the same promise saying “it will reflect soon,” but nothing happens.Please don’t make false commitments to customers. Transparency and trust are very important when dealing with people’s money. Be careful before investing.Or a more emotional awareness-style review:Investing money is easy, but getting support during problems is what shows a company’s real values. My friend trusted this platform and invested in a chit, but after facing issues and requesting closure, he has only received repeated promises without any resolution for over 2 months.Please improve customer support and stop giving misleading commitments. Hi Team,I joined 2 chits with a valuation of 10 lakhs and requested cancellation. Now, they are saying that the entire amount is lost due to company policies, and they need to deduct 5% of the total 10 laks, which amounts to 50k. This means we will have to pay this amount. Be careful before starting a chit on this app.They will tell you that you will get an auction, and they will transfer the chit — all of this is false. They will just make you wait until one auction is over, then claim the 5% policy, ultimately robbing you of your money.I waited from January 29th to February 27th for the chit transfer. I have gone through a lot of mental stress due to numerous follow-up calls related to these false commitments and has ultimately lost my own money, which is not a small amount—40k.I have all the chat proof of the commitments they made.
