Unable to add comment to existing ticket
This is an excellent app to register service request and compliant. Kudos to the entire team working on this fantastic project.
Once a ticket is created, the app allows to update the comment once. But when you try to add or update the comment the second time it does allow to type but does not show an option to save it. The UI behaves weird. Please look into it, otherwise I would have rated this app 5 star.
Not accepting complaints
I tried registering a grievance for about an hour. Had to click photos a hundred times because there’s no option to upload a photo from gallery. The server was eternally down but whenever it worked, I managed to go to the last page to type my complaint but I kept getting “Failure” when I click “Register your complaint”.
This is a wonderful initiative by the government and everyone must support this initiative despite these issues. At the same time, the government should have anticipated a large volume of complaints given the size of the state, and made enough infrastructure to ensure this works properly. I think the government hasn’t done that. I request the government to please improve this service and ensure this works for the benefit of the people.
Great initiative first of all. But it would be good not to record the citizens who complaint rather treat it as anonymous. And one more bug is that cannot reopen a closed complaint. The status is changing to withdrawn instead of open.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
