It’s just fraud
I have every reason to be harsh as I have received a damaged product and requested for an exchange. The follow up was poor and after directly meeting a courier guy with so much difficulty I sent back the shoes requesting an exchange. And after few days I received the package from NAMSHI and was shocked to see the same shoes in much more worse condition. I am seeking help to raise a legal action against you guys. Tired with the service and product. Very poor. Don’t trust the photos in the website. What they are delivering is poor quality and damaged products

I would not recommend anybody to use this website! They are frauds
I ordered an expensive shampoo and conditioner from them.. a month later I received only the conditioner and when i tried to return it because i have no use for a conditioner without a shampoo they refused to take return saying it is a cosmetic product. I haven’t used it still
Second time i ordered i opted for COD. After placing the order they send a invoice with an additional charge of AED 15 for COD!!!!! This charge was not priorly informed anywhere in the order page !!!
