The NCDV app allows police and domestic violence agencies to complete third party referrals direct to NCDV. The app allows for the easy completion of referrals for quick protection. Simply enter your details and the app will remember who you are every time you use the app. Then complete the referral and NCDV will have the details within a few seconds
