Poor app compared to earlier app

There’s no PIN login. No FaceID or Biometrics. Data does not load most of the time. Recent transactions are not visible. Transaction details screen which was there in earlier app is now missing. Overall it is a downgrade from previous corporate app which was already quite poor. Please get it sorted fast or we will have to look at other banks.

One of the worst apps

This is literally one of the worst apps by Axis bank after their old Axis Corporate app. So much buggy UI, unclear menu options and so hard to use. Can’t check my bank statement of more than 90 days (why?), so many clicks just to check recent transactions and beneficiaries are renamed as vendors (why? there are so many more people other than vendors), no easy way to check my FDs, don’t get SMS on payments smaller than ₹2000 (why?)Just fed up with Axis bank and their useless service.
