Nepal Telecom is state owned telecommunication service provider in Nepal. The central office of Nepal Telecom is located at Bhadrakali Plaza, Kathmandu. It has branches, exchanges and other offices in 184 locations within the country.
With this app, the Nepal Telecom users can get all the information regarding the offered services and organization. The users can also pay for the Telecom Services like Landline, ADSL, Prepaid, Postpaid through recharge cards or eSewa account. The utility payments are applicable for Nepal Telecom users only.

Sms And Phone Call

There Should Be A System Of Phone Call And Sms of Online/Offline for Ipad Users. We can only use data although can't receive sms or phone calls plz make this Ncell app has this system i Herebely request to make this system for ipad users❤️🙏

The worst app.

This is the worst app i have ever used. It doesn't deserve 1 star rating. Has to be removed from app store quickly. Too many bugs which doesn't function properly and deduct extra balance for any services.

Need more features

Plz add ocr for recharge through card. Need to upgrade for self customer care for VAS and call history function
