Thanks to Faisal Ahmed for helping me out

I recently had some issues as unnecessary late payment charges, Maintenance charges were imposed by nestaway on me , and I decided to contact support for help. I was fortunate enough to be assisted by a technical associate named Faisal Ahmed, and I can honestly say that the experience exceeded my expectations.

From the very beginning Faisal Ahmed, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and technical expertise. He carefully listened to my explanation of the problem, asking thoughtful questions to clarify the situation and ensure he understood the issue from every angle. What impressed me most was his patience and calm demeanour throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed, and they took the time to explain each step they were taking, which really helped me understand the root cause of the problem.

In addition to his technical skills, Faisal was incredibly courteous and respectful. He made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. What truly sets Faisal apart is his commitment to finding a solution. The level of dedication he has is something you don't always find in support associate, and I was grateful for his determination.

Special mention to hard work of Sales manager

So i am writing this post because I am extremely happy and satisfied with the patience and service of Sales people in Nestaway.
I have lived in Nestaway property for 2years in gurgaon location and its services were fantastic. So when i relocated to Pune, I thought to go with Nestaway again. Got aligned with a sales folk name Sourabh Shelar. I described my requirement and he helped me visit properties. Though visit was planned for just one property but he took extra time for me to make me see other flats too so that I can finalise one.
There is a believe that Sales people always run behind closing a deal but Sourabh is different here. He helped me alot in figuring out exact requirement, my budget and showing me properties.
Though I did not choose nestaway but I will certainly want to opt for it again in near future.
I would like to end by thanking Sourabh for his efforts.

Extremely dissatisfied

Nestaway employees will respond only till u book the house and once it is done please be assured that they won’t attend to any of your issues. The area manager they do not pick up the phone call. You raise a service request they do not respond to that. It almost took 4 months to get my rental agreement. For any assistance there is absolutely no assistance. They just stop picking your phone calls. I vacated my place and since then I have just been trying to get some update on the refund of security deposit. I have sent multiple emails their representatives be it area manager of zonal manager are rude and Inefficient. They says we will call back but one just keeps waiting. Even my house owner is not happy with their service. There is absolutely no promptness in providing resolution. Please be careful the company may be good but the people handling are pathetic to say the least. And it’s not just one rotten apple the whole basket is rotten. Either they are not happy working for the company and they take their frustration on tenants or they just don’t care at all once they have your money. I have call recordings and multiple email I have sent to get an update on my refund status they just keep passing the buck on someone else. Please be careful. Nobody will come to assist if there is sanitation issue or any other household issue.
