Ratings and Reviews
My cases are not supported with app
The app seemed good but actually no use to update firmware, follow up the cases, and frequently disconnects the phone with app. And the customer support send links to upload the issues in images and it doesn’t even appear in the cases. Not I have an option to send images. This is really huge flaw
Good app
The user interface is quite good, and there's plenty of options to manage the router without needing to login to the main control panel. The loading times can be improved cause sometimes it keeps trying to connect for a long time even if I'm connected locally to the router forcing me to access it remotely.
