Too many buggy integrations
A good initiative but poorly thought through App. Why would you create a dedicated section for My Bookings when you know that customer wouldn’t be using in regularly and cars are not bought daily. Suzuki connect always shows coming soon. I cannot update my car details. It still shows the temp number issued during the time of car purchase.
What’s good is that you get to see all your car related expenses in one click. Service bookings are easy and coat estimator isnice feature. Just prioritise after sales features and reduce real estate for cars and bookings section.
Maruti Suzuki Aap
This is a ridiculously designed Application. I cannot update any of my car details or personal details. The only thing that works is the brochure. When nothing works what the point in asking customers to download the app. What would make sense though is if we as customers just enter the engine and chassis numbers and everything else gets auto populated. Wake up Maruti and stop giving us outdated and stuff. I have just purchased the new Ciaz Alpha Automatic Just 15 days ago. Though the car is nice but the 4 speed torque converter is definable outdated just like your app.
The Nexa app takes car buying to the next level. This feature rich app makes car buying so much fun. Instead of going to showroom. Looking at the cars, and listening to the sales person, I was able to get all the information on the app. I could also get 360- Degree view of the car in all the colours. Something that wouldn’t be possible at showroom, If there is no car in that particular colour.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
