NextGen mParivahan 4+

The app was working all fine and I was able to view the RC details for my all three vehicles however, since very recently, the app has started inadvertently crashing. I open the app, land on the home page and if I try to click anywhere on the home page, the app crashes and shuts down. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but to no avail. Please fix these bugs since I have been solely relying on this app for showing RC, DL & PUC details during police check posts and had stopped carrying paperwork, but now I’m unable to use it anywhere. The other day I was stopped at a police check post and wasn’t able to produce any documents since the alp crashed every time I tried to access a document! Really put me in a tricky situation, had to call my brother with the documents, fortunately since it was not too far from my home!

This app is honestly useful in making sure you don’t have to carry physical copies of your DL and RC most of the times. However, few things that can be incorporated in this app: 1. App crashes a lot. I am using an iPhone 13 Pro and the problem still remains the same despite re-installing the app. 2. Provide the option for people to apply for a duplicate or renewal of their DL. It could be handy given the fact that the existing way to get a duplicate DL is cuber-some.
