NH Care - Consult a Doctor 12+

Many times navigation from search to doctor either the appointments are not shown or if you go back and check the appointments for the same date it will show video consultation which was not shown in earlier navigation. Definitely the application response is not consistent. Then I have to call the customer care for appointment. Appreciate if you can fix this issue.

Opted NH for my health check up and it took three days for me to complete the whole formalities . Even though you have updated the system with latest technology upgrades lot many activities happening in manually and does not serve the purpose of reducing the waiting time. Sometimes no proper instruction as well. Am doing the yearly health check up for last many years with other hospital and it usually will be done in a day including the consultation. All reports were ready by afternoon but the consulting doctor was not available after 2 .00 pm . For that the patients has to visit again . Taking three days for a health check up too long for such a hospital. Time is very critical for everyone. Will have to rethink next time for sure before opting NH for health check up.
Other point your focus always on corporate patients . When I came here to do a health check up for my own , your team is asking for a mail from company HR and initially and make me run around to do this. I was forced to convince to do this here as I don’t have time to look around other facilities.
Hope you will take these feedback positively to improve the patience overall experience.
By the way no doubt that you have fantastic facility and equipment , however there are room for improving the patients’ experience and reduce the overall waiting time

I have corporate plan with Narayana Health, in which I get a cashless facility. The medical bills are directly sent to my organisation. I used to book appointments through app and select pay at hospital option. The brilliant idea NH app can up with was to remove that option and provide no option to corporate insurance holders to book it. I tried to call (3-times) and tried to book a slot but the standard response was ‘we will check with the office and get back to you’ until they ran out of appointments on that day. Really! The other option is walk in wait for up to 2 hours (that is written in hospital) to see a doctor. Strangely after each call the representative will say ‘for booking appointments download NH app’!
