You can now use the NH Care app to book appointments for video consultations as well as in-hospital consultations.
Find a doctor by using different search criteria, like specialty, symptom, or hospital, and book appointments for self or for family members. Book appointment for the same day or a future date as per your convenience.
Book online appointment via video call or in-hospital booking from the comfort of your home.
Find the right superspecialist for you and your family on NH Care.
NH Care also allows you to attach reports and other documents that you want to show to the doctor before consultation.
You can consult a superspecialist across 40+ specialities. Common symptoms across some of the top specialities include:
- General Medicine- Cold, Cough or fever
- Gynaecologist- Pregnancy, Period or Women's Issues
- Dermatologist- Acne/Pimples or Skin problems
- Gastroenterologist- Stomach, Acidity or Gastric issues
- Paediatrician- Infant/Child feeling unwell?
- Psychologist- Depression, Anxiety or Stress issues
Use the Pay Online feature to view and clear all your pending payments before availing services. Avoid standing in long queues using this feature. Always keep a track of your transaction history by using the Pay Online feature

Use this app only if you want to die
If you are in the need, and you need to book a consultation, and you use this app, then you will have committed one of the worst mistakes for your health.
The hospital would say you didn’t pay when you visit them. Your bank/CC will say money deducted. Mind you, the hospital won’t say that payment failed, because then they get double the money!!!
So you will then get into the long queue, spend the extra hour and then get the consultation slot for end of the day.
This app thus helps you maintain an elevated blood pressure, high heart rate all while making sure that the makers of the app stay happy and healthy.

Worst management
Very very bad management, the worst private hospitals in Kolkata (I have seen almost all). No correlation between the departments. I don’t know about all the doctors but the doctor I did consult, demotivated us all along. He did even told us that they use “used balloon (old)” for PTMC surgery under sathyasathi scheme. Can you believe that? We were so aghast & stunned that we did not go any further. I shall must tell you (Hospital Management) that if you don’t have capability & capacity the please be straight with the patient. NEVER EVER Demotivate the patient even if you don’t care.

Really appreciate all team NH, would like to request you to enhance your app performance wise as some times it hangs. And also would like to request you to do proper parking with floor for visitors as right now it’s so messy and not up to the mark as per your credit. Thanks again!
