The user experience has improved significantly.
I am loving the new look. It’s extremely smooth and easy to navigate. Moreover, it offers multiple investment options like Mutual Funds, Stocks , ETFs, Loans , Bonds, IPOs on 1 Single platform. It not only changes the way you transact but also offers various investment portfolio reports.
Unreliable service
I have this account with regular SIP/investment since 3 years now. Suddenly today I get a message that my KYC is not validated yet, link provided to validate, when I enter my PAN number it says validation not allowed!! I contact my NJ wealth partner and that guy doesn’t show much interest. After few hours I get a message that my DMat account has been frozen. For what joy? KYC not validated, ok… so did you allow me to update the so called KYC? No!! And within hours you block my account. You can’t suddenly wake up after 3 years and within few hours block my account, this is clearly a lapse in the backend process. Once I get my account reactivated, moving all my funds out of the NJ world and deleting the app forever. Terrible service, when needed most.
Best application all funds available to buy some improvements requied
It’s best application but many improvements require data 📊 provide is very less learn something from GROW application and improve faster, I relied on grow app to manage my portfolio and for decision making… Plzz do i fasterr..
