We ordered for Nintendo switch controller from noon on the 26th with the one day delivery option and the delivery was supposed to be made by the 27 Feb 2024, we got a message stating it will be delayed and will be delivered on the 28th and 29th
We called customer service and the agent informed us that there was a delay and will be delivered within the time scale.

On the 28th we called Customer Services again to check up on what package and very rude agent answered the call. She seemed least interested and bothered about our concern. She just Stated that the order was going to be cancelled and you can’t do much about it I informed her that I will be going back to India on the 29th and I need the product today 28th, she informed me that I will have to reorder and the refund will come back, so I called again and spoke to another agent and she told me that the item was canceled by someone and and that I would have to reorder. So I did reorder for the same day delivery paying extra. I was not informed why my order was delayed or canceled when I called up customer service nor did they know. This is poor communication. Shouldn’t the agent communicate with their partners to find out what went wrong. I am waiting on my refund from the first order. Account is under Jarvis lopes

Zomato and Talabat are far more better than Noon food. I ordered food using pin location and had typed the same to get the food delivery. After that had waited for an hour to get the food but later they said they cannot deliver to the location I mentioned. According to them this location was far away from the restaurant. My point is if they don’t wish to deliver the food to the selected and mentioned location why did they took the order in first place?? On the other hand they denied to pay back the refund. Inshort I paid for the food and neither received the food nor the refund amount. It seems they don’t have any customers ethics and I wouldn’t recommend to use this application. Big Disappointment!!
