Don’t use this app, at least noon and noon grocery services are good and customer friendly but NowNow is worst. Their subscription module is pathetic the terms and conditions are not clear on subscription module,So when you are subscribing the time they will show you the terms and conditions however in case of any dispute is David ask you to refer FAQs. initially they will ask you to subscribe for free. And they will keep on charging your card without informing you I am facing this issue with the customer support and they are not helpful at all if there is a chance to give the negative rating I would happy to give that.I am going to Complaint in consumer department let’s see I will keep you all Customer about the updates

Wrong delivery and so many complaints and chats for refund of full amount
We ordered baby diapers(mega pack)as listed in the app however we got different order I.e smaller pack on calling the seller mentioned it’s nownow app mistake as they have updated wrong information. Was it a customers mistake? On refund they mentioned except deliver charges will not be refund even if you return entire order. Why customers should pay for there mistake? However after continuous calls and chats our entire money was refunded. Ordered 2nd time after facing issue for the 1st order after placing order they mentioned out of stock and ask for our approval to change with alternatives hence we cancel order again. After that app uninstalled..
