NSDL e-GOV gives you access to your account on your phone. Now you can access NPS account details from your phone, at any time and at any point.

Description:
The new APP gives your details of Subscribers account online. The Subscriber can access latest account details as is available on the CRA website using user ID (PRAN) and password. The APP accesses your account details online and provides you with user-friendly interface to browse through your account information. It also enables you to maintain your latest contact details and password.
The APP gives better user experience and provides additional functionality such as:

1. View current Holdings

2. Request for Transaction Statement for the year on your email ID.

3. Change contact details like Telephone, Mobile no. and email ID.

4. Change your Password / Secret Question

5. View your Account details.

6. Submit Contribution for Tier I as well as Tier II

7. Change Scheme Preference.

8. Modify address using Aadhaar.

9. Regenerate password using secret question.

10. View Last 5 contribution transactions carried out

11. Get notifications related to NPS.

Need Face ID and finger login

Hence many apps are login using Face ID and finger print option. We are still using password to login the app. I know we are not using the app daily based. Just 50 times in an year max.

Second, need some UI design improvements, facing lots of accessibility issues. Icons and buttons are so small, it’s hard to click and navigate. And some design principles need to implemented. Example, all buttons are primary, there should be 2 primary button need to placed in one screen, so other buttons need to outline or secondary buttons, so user will not get confused.

You may beed a UX design to review the application. U no need to do wow and trending. Just make it easy to use.

App is of no use for lodging complaints

It appears that app has been designed in such a way that a grievance can not be lodged through this. I have attempted to lodge a grievance number of time but the end portion of form is never displayed. I am using I Phone.
Another issue is money in transit status is not reflected in account status immediately . You only come to know after 2 or 3 days after it gets updated in account ,for these intervening days money vanishes without any details causing anxiety to subscriber.
In my case I have changed the POP from UTISEL to HDFC ,but in my account setting still UTISEL is shown ,though account statement reflects HDFC correctly.
NPS needs to change its attitude and work in a professional way if it has to make this scheme of Govt successful. I feel if it can not provide accurate and transparent service to its subscribers then it is of no use .

Application not working properly

Every time I try to login I get a prompt that my account has been locked and I need to reset the i-pin. I reset the i-pin successfully and try to login again and it still shows the same message - The account has been locked and i-pin needs to be reset.

I try to do this in my Samsung phone as well and it shows the same message. But when I login with the same creds on the website it works.

Not sure if the app is faulty or there is some issue with my PRAN.
