No customer support/fake service
I have recently added some amount in the nt payment app wallet, and tried to recharge my two indian numbers, which was failed
Also i tried recharging uae number again it showed some error.
Now after getting an update to the app when i checked its showing my amount has reduced!!! I cant believe they took money for which i dint get any service! This app is lacking development! Their chat support never works, their app crashes often, their payment structure is unpredictable!
And if anyone planning to keep money in their app wallet, be ready to loose it for no return service!
