Nuego showed on redbus when i was looking to travel from bangalore to salem. So i thought i would give it a try. The bus was late by 1:30 hrs! Still i waited there on the bus stop giving it a chance. 1:30 passed and the bus was still not there so i called the driver asking where is it right now. Then he came to know that that he missed my stop. He still agreed on stopping at a different stop. I walked like 500m towards the new stop which would barely take at least 4-5min and i was all sweating, tired and still walking towards the bus carrying a luggage. I’m almost there but before i reach the stop the driver called me again saying ‘We dont think you will reach on time, we are starting the bus’ and just like that he left. First of all mistake is on his side. Why should i still walk like an idiot for the mistake that he had forgotten my stop but still i did walk and the best second response i got was ‘we are getting late by 2min we cant stop so get refund from our customer care’.

Thank you nuego i had a perfect customer experience at that point.

Ratings Staff behaviour: -5/5 very very rude, would totally recommend people with dignity not to travel with them. Pickup locations: 0/5 Changes abruptly, cause Panick to run from one location to another since they part buses in no parking zone for pickup and make us hassle to board the bus before traffics police catch them. Don’t know how a company run business like this. Lounges: 1/5 Poorly maintained, cleanness standard are as per public toilets only. Poorly maintained. Bus: 3/5 Though the buses are decent , poor shockers is a deal breaker. Driving: 0/5 It seems the bus driver is an adrenaline junkie and try to do need for speed or ROAD rash, sudden acceleration, sudden break. Literally worried for my infant for whole time.

My first experience with this bus service is worst
They told me to come to the pickup location 20 min prior which i did and they were not there, when i called them they told me that bus was not charging and will take another 1 hour to reach my pickup point
They haven’t called me in advance to inform about the delay, my bus time was 12:55am and i had to wait on road with my family for almost 2 hour.
Worst bus service ever
