Several UX issues
- Need to reserve seat and check-in on the day. This is redundant.
- Seating chart refresh takes very long and sometimes its not even necessary
- All day reservation option is selected by default but the reservation is made only for an hour unless you click it again
- Makes loud and unnecessary chime on successful reservation. I don’t need dopamine delivery for something as mundane as seating reservation. Also, the sound is recorded from a device and you can clearly listen to background noise 😂
