Great app with all Men’s grooming products
I introduced my brother to this app so he can buy his own products from the app. It offers the top brands for men’s hair, skin, shower etc. Has a wide variety and usually also running great offers. My brother has even found products at 50% off at times! He orders every month and stopped using my face wash now! Super happy :)

Worst experience with delivery on this app
😡😡😡😡😡😡Worst experience with delivery it because of the miss behavior of the delivery men he don’t know how to give some respect to customer. he called me 1/2hr earlier to came on the pickup point to take the delivery he was not there then I called him twice a lots of time no response was there side after several times of calls he picked my call I said simply to came on time but he started argue with me his saying🤬{*ruk aa rha hun Kya jaldi h tereko this & all my answer was to him oky I can understand but at least talk in a good way but he was like goli thodi mar Di tereko ruk sakta h tu ruk le & all things *}😱 he use some words to me that I don’t like is the way they commit with the customer’s ….. I request to nayka please report this delivery men…. This is not my first purchase on nayka I never face problems like this but it’s my first & worst experience with delivery 🚚 men…..🤬 which I really don’t like…..

Worst service
Such a bad experience with NykaaMan because they’re using 3rd party logistics services provided company name is DELHIVERY in this company there is no time punctuality because all deliveries staff are maximum use fake delivery attempts and no proper customer care support is available if we try to contact with customer service team the customer service number will cut atomically no proper response will come from the company and I have faced this issue a lot times so please NykaaMan has to replace this logistics service with a better logistics service I hope others customers are also facing this issue..!
