I have been an avid user of OLA ever since its inception. It has radically changed the transportation industry for me. I find most OLA guys honest and straight-forward. In fact, once I left my iPhone in an OLA auto and after calling the driver at 11pm ( as I had reached home), he brought the phone back to my home. I don’t have bargain or have long arduous discussions for cabs and autos anymore. And that is a huge relief. It is easy to contact the drivers and over time the app has become friendlier and more accurate. I depend on OLA so much that I decided not to buy a car and rely on them for the last two years. It has worked out well for both financially and from a convenience point of view. Especially financially. The constant complaint I heard from most drivers was that OLA was not being reimbursed in a timely fashion. To help them I switched to cash and stopped using OLA money. Life has been easier since. Overall I a big fan of OLA inspite of technical hiccups of few location issues here and there and a few cancellations. OLA has enhanced the quality of my life. Thank You.
Fares are higher business standards are low...Ola lost its credibility..
As I am not happy with Ola but still taken out my precious time to write a review as I use to be one on the regular customer and loyal user of the service...when Ola started in India, was happy that we have got transportation with easy access and economical way to travel regularly. When Uber came in I was reluctant to use it while getting good service from Ola.
Suddenly there use to be high surge prices without any justification way too inconsiderate, unprofessional drivers, no response to on board issues, bad quality cars, ride cancellations, no customer interaction centre only automated responses..it’s was the time
Ola lost his connect with there customers not bothering what they are facing and I believe it happens with startups when there’s a gap for “customer first” vision.
As I have switched to Uber, they have certain challenges too but few pros are making me stick to it for a while now..
I don’t know what chances my review has to reach to Ola team, but they can make a come back if they believe in sustainability of business..
The person with pleasant personality reported on time and did safe driving However in process of booking out-station Ola command for continue came even after Ola vehicle was booked and second booking happened without my understanding. However other driver was taking time when called by me and was far off from reporting place and didn’t start from his place in lohe gaon and his reporting time kept on increasing after I called him . In the end first registered vehicle reported and we took ride in that. Other driver was advised suitably not to report. Anyway it was 15 minutes past reporting time and he was no where near. Subsequently I requested him to cancel the trip which he might have acted and we got a message from Ola about cancellation of second vehicle which got booked without my clear understanding of issues. However anxiety was put to rest after Ola messaged cancellation. Thanks
